Growing Baby Girl

OMG I still can't get over that my baby girl is 3 months old! Well technically she is now 3months and 1wk and 6days old, but who's counting! She has been pretty much gaining a pound a week and as of Wednesday, January 13th she is 8lbs 2oz and 20.5in long! She is growing up way too fast and I just want her to stay little forever! Oddly enough, she grows out of diapers faster than clothes! I guess she got mommy's big butt! lol I almost cried yesterday when  put a size 1 diaper on her and it fit so well. She only has about an inch left to go on her newborn clothes and she will be out of those too! Gosh, it seems like I just put her preemie clothes up and got all her newborn clothes out for her to wear and now I'm about to have to put those up and break out the 3month clothes!! SLOW DOWN BABY GIRL!

I am so proud of her progress though! She has caught up so fast from being 2 months early...she is developing only about a month behind. She will be caught up in no time! Her eyes have developed enough so she is now following us around the room and watching every move we make. She is cooing and smiling like the happy silly baby that she is! She is accidentally rolling over from her back to her tummy and my baby bobblehead doesn't bobble so much anymore. She is grabbing onto things, which this includes my necklace that Daddy gave me...no bueno, and almost starting to be interested in toys. She absolutely LOVES movies and music! I put her winnie the pooh and sing-a-long movies in at least once or twice a day and she is so content. She also loves for us to read to her so she can look at the colorful pictures although she tends to snuggle up against us and fall asleep before we get to the ending! lol Apparently apple juice is her baby crack!...she LOVES IT!

This proud mommy can also gloat that my baby girl is now sleeping in her bed all night long! That's right...all night long at 3 months! So excited!! I have started a bedtime routine starting at 8pm every night: bottle, cuddle and bedtime story, sleep til 12pm, bottle, cuddle, then back to bed and she sleeps until 6am in the morning. She has done so good and is so much more awake during the day. I couldn't be any more proud of my baby girl...I'm definitely one proud mommy!
